Looking at Cook's stats over 2022, 2023 and 2024, I don't see as much spread as most people imply when they talk about a regression this year. His completion % (64.8, 66.1, 63.6) seem to be in a fairly narrow range. His yards and average per completion follow the same pattern with 2023 being slightly better than 2022 and 2024 but not significantly different.

I think a lot of people bought into the idea that 2022 Brady Cook was hampered significantly by the shoulder injury. The slight uptick in 2023 stats fed that narrative. But it's starting to look more like Cook is, and always has been, just a very average QB.

Eli and Kirby had better start leaning on the run game to salvage what they can out of this season. Any game where cook attempts 30 or more passes has a low win probability IMO.
