They are saying it will be the largest evacuation in years...but yes it sounds like it will be down to a Cat 3 or 4 when it hits land.

That's good, but still going to really mess things up. 120 mph winds would be the best news possible. They also said it's the fastest Hurricane history to go from 60 mph to 160 mph in 24 hours.
