Has he made throws before? Yes. Will he consistently hurt opponents from the pocket if the offense is depending on that for production? No.

The offense needs to be designed to help him. Ride the backs like we've done with Badie and Schrader in the past. Get Cook on the move with designed rollout passes where he has the option to throw on the run or take off. If you watch him, he's consistently more accurate when rolling to his right. Also need to preach that Norfleet underneath is your check down option. Practice immediately looking down to him if a play breaks down. That's the value of a TE.
