take a look at the final polls from the last 10 years and see what you find out

Hint: not many non "blue bloods" are there, all I could find were:

-Michigan St.
-Washington
-Wisconsin

it's possible I missed one or two but sustaining that level of success is extremely difficult for 95% of college programs
