Recall the cow that was had by the media and the Marxist when the Supreme Court said presidents are immune from official acts in office. If the Marxists had gotten what they say they wanted, Biden could be prosecuted for violating an edict of the Supreme Court of the United States.
The solution to that of course, is to either expand or disband the court to ensure a Marxist majority on the bench.
