as I have patiently explained several times.
I was at Mizzou and requested an abentee ballot.
For me and every other person in my dorm the ballots arrived......on election day.

Now somehow you simpletons want to sing and dance and proclaim I either lied or it was my fault.
It just shows the type of near humans you are.
