get Russia to respond... and it isn't a matter of pushing a magic red button to stop the fighting. Cutting the tens of billions in funding & weapons and not twisting Ukraine's arm to walk away from the peace talks they had tentatively agreed to with Russia months ago would have stopped the war in short order.
