1) republicans lie, disrupt and voter suppress the election in every which way they can
2) republicans tasked with carrying out certification duties unfaithfully cite rumors, innuendo, false reports and of course out and out lies as to why they can not certify the election
3) an uncertified election is left up to Congress
4) Congress votes in the trump to be the false dictator
