I think everyone thinks clock management is very simple because they do it well on video game consoles or their kids game or whatever.

However when you also have to worry about making sure you have the right personel on the field for your next play and who might or might not be ready. It's also why head coaches calling plays is a disaster.


Drink hasn't personally been good at it, but clock management in game isn't as simple as video games make it seem.
