in some manner?

We get all sorts of texts like "Can you send me my ID Cards" or "can you tell my when my next bill is due:

Our texts come in through a software platform...theres no caller ID that matches up names or anything, only the number is displayed.

Takes forever to figure out who these people are sometimes.
