Friday and found out the Pensacola airport was closed the next day. Called Avis and asked it we could drive the crs to Atlanta and was told no. Talked with a supervisor who said please do it. Got to ATL and Delta had sold all the Pensacola seats for passengers going to KC. FU Delta I have a ticket...got home on time...

Please explain why this message is being reported.
