including major cities and their crime centers, in their reporting, and allowing violent criminals to plead to misdemeanors, and the statistics only reflect the misdemeanors, the reports will show blue state and blue city Marxist politicians will have done a great job.
It's like when Biden redefined Deportations a few years ago.
Someone didn't just break into your house beat you over the head and steal your television, he merely trespassed on your property and your confrontation with him was a verbal assault by you.
