Is a favorite saying of Kamala's - complete with dramatic hand movement.
But she didn't write it nor was it written for it her.
It's actually a Marxist platitude meaning 'We're implementing a whole new plan, dropping completely what has gone before.'
What has gone before that the Democrats would like to drop and are already dropping if you watch the way they operate the levers of permanent government?
