their NIL opportunities this off-season than preparing for the upcoming season. Too many endorsement appearances, commercials and photo shoots and not enough time on football development.
Believe this is a major challenge for coaches and players as we have transitioned from amateur athletics with the student-athlete
concept to full-scale professionalism. While I certainly don't believe this is just a Mizzou issue, it's my opinion that several of our top players have been effected. Hopefully as the season progresses their focus will be more football-related.
