How is she supposed to negotiate with world leaders?

The ugly reality is she won't. Unelected, unvetted, whitehouse staff will, and kamala will trot out in a nice suit for the photo op and hand shaking.

Like Fiji, kamala is an empty headed puppet, only capable of doing what it's told to.
