who were killed were Hamas operatives with pagers?

An unspecified number of other children were killed the following day when the walkie talkies exploded.

At least 32 people in total were killed, some of them children, and undoubtedly other innocent bystanders in the vicinities.

Of course those who were killed on the spot were not taken to the surgeons so they probably did not see them.
