marginally be construed as an insult by most people.

If you haven't had an economics course, and aren't familiar with some of the basics of how our economy works, that is ok. Not everyone has that background. But it does impact upon how one grasps the various news items and so on related to the economy.

It looked to me like you didn't really have that grasp of how the Fed injecting billions of dollars into the economy might affect the inflation rate, and stock prices.
