Let me level with you. Our country will not be the same in three years and by 2030 It may not even really exist. it will not matter who is going to be elected. I am probably just as much as a leftist as she is. Both sides have been guilty of expanding the role of the Federal government. Look at the bush administration. One of the reason that the government does step in is because of States violating civil rights of their citizens. Some people use the second amendment as an example. I think that the disallowance of citizens to vote on legislation such as gun Control laws and abortion is a violation of the tenth amendment. I am also a big advocate of a national health care insurance and most business owners are as well. Except for large IT companies. I also believe in downsizing the military and closing the vast majority of the 800 bases that we have strung across the world. I am not a big fan of school vouchers or paying for private school tuition. Realistically perhaps we should do away with college sports even though I am a big fan. Our education system has had problems but it is a reflection of the emotional and spiritual problems that we have in our country, We are a country of Hedonism and we create thousands of narcissist every day.
