It seems to be that the only change to a law already on the books that achieves nearly everything that this bill may seek to achieve is to add CONSPIRACY to commit such crimes. That seems a bit loosey goosey to me regarding how one would define such conspiracy. "(Under current law, convictions for certain crimes, including crimes of moral turpitude, are grounds for inadmissibility and deportability.)
