Or hiding the excitement for it to happen, even from themselves - DENYING IT while also feeling it.
There's a difference, a space between what people present to the world as 'ME' and who they really are underneath.
Ultimately the only thing that matters is the underneath part.
It doesn't matter if everyone is tricked by the big show of 'decency' if it's all just a show.
One thing interesting about politics is that it seems to embolden that underneath part to come out into the light.
People show their true colors.

Support Bush & Cheney because??? Orange Man Bad??? Thumbs up!
The Democrat platform is heinous enough - but the head- on-a-swivel posture necessary to keep up with policy changes is breath-taking.
Going from anti-war to neocon war monger??? Because the TV says so?
It's simply not possible to shift between these positions and also be a well-reasoned, principled, intelligent stable soul.
These people are blowing with the wind, wind generated by a corporate media with evil masters and even greater evil intentions.
Willing to nuke us out of existence just to keep Trump out of office for four years?
That's not just 'not rational' that's psychotic serial-killer-grade madness.
So we must not know everything.
We must not know the stakes, at least for the ones doing all this.
The elites are wealthy - they can't stick it out four years and then rig the next election in their favor?
What exactly do they think Trump or We The People are going to do?
It's pretty easy to follow daily events, but it's not so easy to connect the dots - the crazed, fever pitch that we've reached even now, still a month out from the election, is way out of line considering the facts presented.
Openly supporting the assassination of a presidential candidate?
Cheering and hoping for it every day?
What the hell is really going on?
