All the times it says things like "nearly mirror the group's August survey" or "essentially unchanged", that means Trump is not dropping in the polls.

And based on what happened in 2016 and 2020, Trump always overperforms his polls. In most polls Kamala is underperforming Hillary (who lost) and Biden (who narrowly won.)
