publicly killing you in effigy, and someone shot you, but didn't kill you... and then another guy with a rifle had 12 hours earlier had scoped out where you were going to be and then set up to shoot you, but security saw him aiming at you, fired at the would be assassin and he ran away before getting off his shot... would you consider that a non-event?
