If Manning gets 2.8M NIL for one year and with a red-shirt he's around for five years, that's at least 5x2.8M.

It's just arithmetic isn't it.

Meanwhile your approach is to tell the kids coming in that their NIL will be mostly given to charity, estimated by newspapers but never, actually turn out to be real money.
