Around the idea of places where there are an either/or routes. One highway gets widened, trying to relieve congestion, and therefore more people take it, and the situation doesn’t improve, or can get worse, while the other, unimproved route, will sometimes actually get better in the short term.

Widening 70 is not necessarily going to attract traffic from other routes, so going to six lanes might be a function of two little too late, but I don’t see it making it worse. In reality I 70 should’ve been widened at least 25 years ago.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
