A lot of voters recognize that Mizzou is a quality team that has not looked as good as they think a top 10 team probably should.
The voters do not think Boston College is that good of a team, but they felt “forced“ to rank them last week. It is very unusual for a lower ranked team to lose a one score game on the road against the top 10 team and drop six places. Usually they barely drop it all, and there have been situations where they even move up slightly in that scenario.
