Yes, the offense isn't running at 100% (penalties, missed big plays) but the defense played well. One TD was a complete fluke play and another TD was a blown coverage. Two bad plays leading to 14 points.
It may not have been a pretty win but like 90T says, he'll take an ugly win (or something to that effect).
