You are correct. When Hilary was Sec of St. She tried to get Obama to do this and he wouldn't she resigned and you know the rest. If she was elected this would have happened earlier. Obama really had to compromise on his foreign policy with the neocons. Actually GWB had to as well but he had more pressing issues to deal with but the CIA was still active in Iraq. You know that though.
