one who actually was in the role before and had the economy cranking. His problem is he can't keep his mouth shut. He knows how to control the economy and is crazy enough that other countries are afraid of him. Unfortunately he is crazy enough that some of our people are afraid of him as well. He is the best candidate of the two but we can do better and should do better.
