for Trump, and he blew it.
I thought it was going to be a great performance opportunity for Trump and it appeared from the very first question that David Manure of ABC was going to run this thing right. He asked chuckles the, are you better off four years later question.
I thought that was a good question, a fair question and a great way to start the debate. She talked about her childhood and her mother and her other stuff never got anywhere near the question. Not within a mile.
So I'm thinking Trump is going to pounce on this. Trump is going to say that she's afraid to answer because she knows the answer. And then he will sight chapter and verse about how we were in 2020 and we are today.
But for some reason was already defensive and tried to match the raft of schit she put out there with his own raft of total bullschit and did nothing to expose her and get into issues.
And he was on defense for the rest of the debate.
Trump had to do more. All he has now is the status of victim against a corrupt media. The general public, them asses, are probably not smart enough to see how all that plays out and will think that chuckles won because she was controlled, comfortable, confident, and covered by the media. All of that is true.
And Trump was anxious, defensive and flustered. He never took on ABC, all he did was plss and moan and when he mentioned an issue that chuckles dodged, it was mentioned in one sentence, in passing. She was never pressed on it by ABC, and Trump didn't push the issues either.
Trump didn't look good BEFORE the debate started and he only got worse.
