A case where he defamed another person who accused him of rape.
"Donald Trump has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment, including non-consensual kissing or groping, by at least 25 women since the 1970s."
"A September 2023 partial summary judgment found Trump liable for defaming Carroll through his statements he made in 2019. A trial held January 16–26, 2024 awarded an additional $83.3 million in damages to Carroll."
"Trump filed a countersuit against Carroll, but the judge dismissed the case and wrote that Carroll's accusation of "rape" is "substantially true."

It's not ugly to use the law to go after politicians. It happens all the time when they commit crimes. I've never read that you defended Bob Menendez or anybody else because who was elected and committed crimes. If you could have nailed Joe Biden, you would have. Was it only because they were Democrats?
Commit crimes and pay the price. Unless you're Trump, of course. Some want him to get a pass for an enormous amount of malfeasances even after convictions. Always excuses.
