The constitution has noting to do with a socialist or communist approach to the economy. The state does have a work force and always has. How big is the question. Did you know that the economy and educational needs for that economy to grow has always been dictated by businesses, both local and national. The failures that we are experiencing in education now happens to be due to social issues that are brought on by many things and one of those is poverty. The other is physical.
