She says whatever the audience she is speaking in front of wants to hear and she knows she needs to seem more moderate to get elected. Exhibit A, speaking in Las Vegas in front of a bunch of hospitality workers she says she wants to ban taxes on tips. Even though she cast the deciding vote to have 87,000 new IRS workers hired to chase people down for their tips. Oh, wait, I forgot; that was so we can make sure people can pay their fair share. Like Hunter.
