that's a problem for me how? LOL, don't get me wrong, I like some of their tunes. I liked Nirvana. Almost all of the 90s songs I liked, I couldn't tell you who recorded them, I couldn't recite lyrics and I have no clue what the songs were about. No rock band, even the Beetles, Stones, The Who, etc. are iconic outside of the music and entertainment industry. Howell Wheaton, Abner Womack, Norman Borlaug and Fritz Haber are icons, but few here have a clue who they are. They didn't make any music.
