Frankly, I'm not sure what that decision should be. Their previous decisions about persecuting Trump have backfired spectacularly.

As they get more desperate, the Marxists will get more idiotic. Might be fun to watch.

And I guess, at that point in a presidential election if the leading candidate is in prison, the Supreme Court would likely expedite any appeal process. Decisions by the Marxists will demonstrate how desperate they are and have nothing at all to do with the rule of law, or justice or separation of powers.
