Because whispering Joe Biden would never have posted about it had he been invited. And he would've fallen down, trying to manipulate that insanely heavy wreath.
Chuckles the veep and her brilliant staff would have never posted a syllable or a photo about it had she been invited, either. They are too dignified to take advantage of a patriotic looking photo op.
