VB loses today to #12 Creighton 3-0…

Not surprising, didn’t expect to win but was hoping to keep it close and maybe steal a set. Nearly did that in set #2.
Vernon, who had a great debut yesterday, really struggled, hitting just .122, with 14 kills but 9 hitting errors.
Now we need to beat NC St tomorrow to have a good weekend. By comparison they beat Drake (who we swept) 3-1, and lost to Creighton 25-18, 25-20, 25-13.
