They've had few managers since Whitey. So he's basically saying he's the worst manager they've had among Herzog (HOF), Joe Torre (HOF), Tony LaRussa (HOF), Mike Matheny (made playoffs multiple times), Shildt (made playoffs multiple times, did SOMETHING to **** the Cardinals off that was never fully disclosed so they let him go).

Not exactly a fair survey.
