nor a "serious curtailment of access to contraception"

It is fear mongering by a Democrat Party that is unable to formulate polices on issues. No longer do Dems claim they want abortion to be "rare, legal and safe" and actually put emphasis on how women can "control their bodies" to AVOID getting pregnant in order to stop killing babies because they are too lazy or stupid to use contraception.
