Promoting the idea that govt institutions are not legitimate is a tool of Authoritarian movements. See Orban in Turkey. Get people so they just can't trust anything, not our courts, not our media, not our elections, not our law enforcement agencies or much of any goverment agencies. Sew distrust as a righteous man rises and you lose all power to him.
