is much better than his last year roster, which probably is an NIT team without the key injuries. However, it is his job to ensure depth, which he did not do. Let's say, though, at the end of his 2nd year, McCollum has Drake in the NCAAs and we're floundering, albeit not horribly, I'd still pull the trigger if McCollum can be had.
