Article states at one point some additional rising costs "if the housing plan were made permanent" and later adds the admission that the plan is for four years. Article also conveniently ignores whether or not the massive Trump tax cuts - which expire this year - will be in place and it seems to me assumes that they will be and my understanding of Harris is that she would not sign such an expansion. Not addressing this issue shows how toothless the article is.
