It does seem like a reasonable explanation for that clip on X from earlier today. I'm surprised the libs aren't already claiming it's a Deep Fake.
It would be pretty wild if the Dems pulled another flip and picked yet another candidate at the Democratic Convention. Would Big Mike step up to the plate if that happened? Would Walz be left out in the cold?
