1. Kamala's honeymoon period is still in full force... which may become even stronger as the Democratic Convention convenes. This was exacerbated by the MSM's huge push to rewrite Kamala's stories and reconstitute her as someone quite different than her history shows.

2. The Deep State has deep pockets and it would be no big thing for them to put in some big bets to skew the odds and make it look like Kamala/Walz are popular and getting a groundswell of support. They appear to be doing some of that with big jumps in donations to her war chest, and paying people to go to her events.

I think that there are a lot of people that dislike Trump with a great intensity and are easily swayed by lies that they want to believe.
