None of those books have been banned from adults. Keeping inappropriate materiel out of the hands of children in not banning it.

Thank God the librarian at my daughter's elementary was a decent human, unlike you. My daughter read at the seventh grade level when she was in kindergarten. The librarian contacted us and told us she would not check out books at her reading level without our prior consent because the themes were not proper for a kid her age. My wife and I read a lot of books from the elementary library for a couple of years to control what our daughter was reading. Thankfully the staff at her school believed in working with parents instead of pushing personal agendas like so many do today.
