Over the top, fashion oriented, atheistic / anti-Christian.

Even among many more secular less Christianized countries in Europe, the level of atheism and non-religion in France is much higher. I'm sure your reply will have a comment about Muslims taking over.

I'm not sure why the opening ceremony even had any Christian overtones in it at all based on the above.

I'm also not sure why everyone here can't just not complain about something that offends them every now and again.
