Breaded "fish product". I haven't had it for years, but I just remember it being Long John Silvers except they burn their food.

As for Zaxbky's, it's mostly a Southern thing, although there's at least one in Columbia and one in Warrensburg. I don't care for Kanes. The breading always falls off the chicken.
