I bought some beef back ribs from Costco last night.

I'm Debating on whether to just smoke them or sous vide them for like 24 hours and finish them on the grill. I've done the sous vide method with pork ribs and they turn out amazing. I'm not sure if it'll work out as well on beef ribs.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
