You can get any 2 meats you want from there on it (I typically do brisket and turkey)

Jalapenos
Pepper Jack Cheese
Onion Ring
Spicy BBQ sauce
Toasted Bun

I'm tellin' ya...I'll put it up against any sandwich from any other bbq joint
