have turned it into a real money maker. The Patriots were among the first to commercially develop the area around the stadium.

Tennessee has thousands of campus visitors on non-game days who would frequent the area - stay in the motel - get meals etc.

Admittedly baseball has a built in advantage (81 home games) but the Cardinals and Cubs have done well in commercializing the surrounding area.

Among other reasons, the appeal of the Kansas side for the Royals and Chiefs is in part due to the potential of the immediate surrounding area. Right now there is just - a parking lot.
