It’s not rivals/247/on3/phrivals.

“ His five-star rating was given by Chris Sailer Kicking, who has ranked him the No. 13 kicker in the class of 2025. Sailer has worked with Meyer over the years and had good things to say about the recruit.”

There are definitely NOT 13 5-star rated kickers in this class, or any class for that matter.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
